The begining of my new cycle focused to increase Deadlift
warm-up
supramaximal deadlift 2x6 (176kg || 110%1RM) (bar seted 2inches below lockout)
deadlift from deficit 3x6 (80kg || 50%1RM) (on top of 15kg olympic discs)
lunges 3x6 (20kg)
sitting row 3x5 (75kg)
this week i went to spain so my training was just some random lifts between squats and deadlift.
