Standing box jump long (34 inches) 3x5 R:3min
Back squat 3x3(100kg) R:5min
Running Box jumps 3x5(35inches) R:3min
Rest of days: practiced active recovery modalities to fasten my recovery(sauna,slow running,streching,etc....).
