Last week training...

Monday

Back squat 2x2(95kg)
1leg standing deadlift 2x6(8kg)"just right leg,i had some sort of left glute injury..."
Sitting row 3x6 (65kg)

Thuesday

Pull up 4x4
Bent barbell row 4x4(70kg)
Standing row 3x6(65kg)
sitting row 3x6(65kg)

Thursday
Pull up 4x4
Bent barbell row 4x4(70kg)
Standing row 3x6(65kg)
sitting row 3x6(65kg)

Friday

Max deadlift (160kg) "deadlift test"
Ab training:
reverse crunches 3x10
planck 3x30s

swiss ball crunches 3x12
side crunches 3x10

low back extension on swiss ball 4x8

dips 2x12

Saturday

some pullups and sitting row and 5min bike to perform some streching for recovery.

the rests were between 45s-60s in the sets
Wednesday and Sunday---> rest.

normally this is just a small routine that im following to maintain my strength because im during Ramadan now(im fasting) and i can't do that much.
